My name is Caitlyn Howard and I am doing some research on Lot 6, Concession 11, Mountain Township. According to the Abstract of Deeds, there was a school on the property (S.S.14), that appears to have later been used as a residence. The property is on French Settlement Road, but the building has recently been torn down.
I am looking for any information I can find about the school. I see that you, too, are lacking in information about Mountain township. If you happen to have learned anymore about this particular school, would you please pass the information on to me? In turn, if I manage to find any info or pictures of the school, I will be happy to send them your way.
