A delightful time was had by everyone at my book launch at the Centrepointe Library on September 19th. The stories were flying and some people were reconnecting after an absence of fifty years! It was so fun sharing stories from the book, especially with several pranksters in the audience. Thanks to Will (editor) and David (husband) for setting up and running my Power Point presentation. People enjoyed seeing many pictures of schoolhouses ‘then’ and ‘now’.
Marketing my book is a huge challenge and I appreciate how news of its release is spreading by word of mouth. In addition to purchasing my book online or from me personally, it is now available at Chapters in Kanata, South Keys and Pinecrest, and at Coles in Bayshore Shopping Centre. It is not in these stores databases, but you should find it in their “Local Authors” section.
